These Terms are applicable to all Contracts made by The Bayswater Inn Hotel and its clients and apply to all reservations, bookings and meeting room hire and use of all facilities.

Clients are invited to read these terms and note their responsibilities, arrangements for payments and cancellation terms.

 Terms & Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions shall apply to all bookings made on this website. We kindly ask that you take a moment to read them prior to making a Booking.

The Company enters into this Agreement as principal for Bookings made for the hotels it owns and as an agent where a Booking is made for a hotel that it operates on behalf of the Hotel Owner. The booking confirmation will clearly state the identity of the Owner.

In these Terms and Conditions the following definitions apply:



  • “Company” or “we” means The Bayswater Inn Hotel
  • “Booking” means the booking for accommodation, functions and/or any other services or items made with us.
  • “Contract” means the Booking and these Terms, and any other terms and conditions stated to apply to the Booking.
  • “Hotel” means the premises for which your Booking is made.
  • “Terms” means these terms and conditions.
  • “Websites” means www.bayswaterinnhotel.com or any other website owned or operated by us relating to a Hotel from time to time.
  • “VAT” means value added tax.


General Terms & Conditions

All rates we quote are, of course, subject to availability and alteration. All special offers quoted are limited and subject to availability and may be subject to a minimum stay.

While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all information, The Bayswater Inn Hotel cannot accept liability for any errors or omissions and we reserve the right to change information and descriptions of listed hotels and products and to amend the manifest error in the quoted prices.


Health & Safety Regulations:

We accept our responsibility for health, safety, and welfare of others (public, contractors and visitors). It is our policy to comply with all health and safety legislation, acts, regulations, codes of practice and other guidance.

We will endeavour to provide a safe and healthy working environment including, premises, equipment, and systems of work that are, as far as is reasonably practicable, safe and without risks to health. The hotel is non-smoking in keeping with the Health and Safety regulations.

To ensure the policies are understood and implemented we will provide suitable and sufficient information, instruction and training for employees.



Privacy and personal data policy

Due to the nature of the activity and services provided, and pursuant to the achievement of its objectives, the processing of personal data on user is required to provide the services contracted.

All data will be collected and processed in a file owned by the Bayswater Inn Hotel located, 8 – 16 Princess Square, London W2 4NT.

The Bayswater Inn Hotel guarantees that all personal data is treated confidentially and applies the strictest security measures required by the new GDPR legislation active since the 25th of May 2018.

In any case, the purpose for which the information provided by users is collected and processed is specified when the service is contracted through the website or in the Hotel. User consent to the processing and transfer of personal data will be revocable at any time without any retroactive effect, as required by articles 6 and 11 of the Organic Law 15/1999 of 13th of December on the Protection of Personal data.




Please note that different terms, conditions and cancellation policies in relation to all online bookings via all Bayswater Inn Hotel websites may apply depending on the hotel and room or rate type selected. Please read the room rate details that are provided carefully before you make your online booking.

Once your booking is made, you will receive an on-screen confirmation reference number – we recommend you make a note of it, though you will also receive an email outlining your reference number and reservation details. If you prefer we can send your reference number direct to your mobile phone – simply select this option during the booking process.

In the event that you have to cancel your reservation, you will need your confirmation reference number, as well as the email address used to make the reservation.




Cancellation may vary depending on the rate or dates of your reservation. Please refer to your reservation – confirmation to verify your cancellation policy. For further assistance, call the hotel directly. Alternatively, you can cancel your reservation online.



Payment :

The payments to be made by the Client are to be made on the date of arrival and the amount as specified in the reservation. If any payment terms are varied prior to arrival then the payment will be charged on the date reservation is confirmed.

Any additional charges due to the hotel from the Client for the Services shall be paid by the Client on presentation of an invoice.

For group bookings 100% of payment must be received at the time of booking.

Upon arrival a £50.00 debit or credit card pre authorisation will be required as a deposit or room guarantee. This will be automatically released upon check out

The payments towards booking are accepted in the hotel currency – GBP. We accept cash payment and all major Credit Cards.



Check in Time:

The check-in time is after 03:00 pm anytime as we do have 24 hours reception and someone is all the time at front desk. Please ensure that you confirm the details prior to making your booking with us.

The Bayswater Inn Hotel holds the right to refuse service to any guest without a proper ID/Passport or any sort of identification upon check in.

Children below the age of 18 will not be checked in unless accompanied by parents.



Early check in and Late Departure Fees:

A minimum fee of £10 per hour is calculated for early check in (before 03:00 pm) and late departure (after 12:00 noon). A full room rate may apply after the specified time for late departure.



VAT (Value Added Tax):

Reservations are subject to prevailing VAT rates applicable during the provision of the service. Therefore, if the prevailing VAT rate changes, the costs of the services provided during the stay will be subject to the new greater or lesser VAT rate as applicable.



Eligibility of Use:

Use of our website and our branded hotel websites is restricted to people over the age of 18 who can enter into binding contracts.




We urge all our customers to protect accounts passwords and accept responsibility for all account activity that occurs as a result.



Links to Third Party Websites

The website may make available to users links to other web sites operated and controlled by third parties. These links have the sole function of making it easier for users to search for information, content and services on the internet. The Bayswater inn Hotel does not manage or control information and data available on such websites.

The Bayswater inn thus assumes no liability, either directly or indirectly, for any damages arising from access to these websites.



Limitations to Liability

In no event shall The Bayswater inn Hotel or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for any direct, special, indirect or consequential damage or damages arising out of your access or use, or your inability to use The Bayswater Inn Hotel website, or any materials or recommendations made by third parties on our website.

You hereby waive any and all claims against us and our subsidiaries and hotels arising out of your use of our websites or any materials or recommendations of any third parties on our website.





This website is provided for your perusal, to inform you about our activities. Text, design, graphics, and images are owned by The Bayswater Inn Hotel; reproduction of any of these materials is strictly prohibited.
